Welcome to The Great Western, a place where history, great food, and community come together.

Nestled in the heart of Warwickshire, The Great Western Pub has been a local treasure since the mid-1800s. Originally established to serve travellers and workers of the Great Western Railway at the nearby Southam Road and Harbury station, our pub has retained its iconic charm for generations. Steeped in history and connected to the legacy of British engineering, we are proud to be a symbol of tradition in a modern world.

It’s official… the weather has turned and a hot, hearty bowl of homemade soup is firmly back on the menu!
Our soup is made fresh here on site, using the very best quality ingredients — proper, wholesome, warming food made with care. ❤️
Ask your server for our Soup of the Day and settle in with a steaming bowl…. Today’s delicious flavour with roasted red pepper and tomato with a parsley oil dressing..( delish ! )

Absolutely incredible from start to finish — pure positivity, huge smiles, brilliant energy and a room absolutely BUZZING.
For 1 hour and 45 minutes, you danced, laughed, dressed exactly how you wanted, moved exactly how you wanted and kicked off the weekend with ZERO judgement and maximum joy. 💃🕺
Coffee? ☕️
Fizz? 🥂
Cocktails? 🍸
Bacon sandwiches? 🥓
Whatever your Saturday morning vibe was… YOU BROUGHT IT TO THE GREAT WESTERN.
We may have been beaten to the title of Warwickshire’s first coffee rave… fair play! 😂
But we’re pretty sure DEPPERS BRIDGE might just be the first little Warwickshire village to absolutely ROCK a morning coffee rave. 🪩🔥
And honestly? We LOVED IT.
A safe space. A happy space. A community space. Come alone, come with your gang, dance like nobody’s watching, meet somebody new and start the weekend feeling FABULOUS.
And as always, this was a FREE community event.
Because you don’t need to pay an entrance fee to have a bloody good time, right?! 😂✨
