Colin, your patience, knowledge and calm wisdom as we attempt to understand the mysterious workings of this mechanical enigma (and occasionally just nod politely) are nothing short of heroic.
What makes it even more special is that you give your time, energy and expertise so generously—especially when you’re not at your best. That generosity does not go unnoticed, and it means more to us than we can properly put into words.
