Today we celebrate our lovely Mia, our General Manager.
Leading from the front, Mia arrived with her very own pocket of stardust and has been sprinkling it across our Great Western journey ever since. Although she joined us not so long ago, my goodness — we certainly feel her presence! She brings energy, laughter and warmth wherever she goes.
Add in her sparkle, the neatest front-door Christmas wreath ever made ( clearly an unknown talent as a wreath-making queen ) and you have someone truly special at the heart of Team GW.
