We loved bringing a little taste of Bavaria to Deppers Bridge, with Hoffmeister taking centre stage and their fantastic Weissbier — a traditional Bavarian wheat beer — flowing throughout the weekend. To go alongside it, our friends at Aubrey Allen created a special bratwurst just for us, making the perfect Oktoberfest pairing.
One of the best parts of the weekend was seeing so many new faces coming through our doors and discovering The Great Western for the very first time. We welcomed guests from Leamington Spa, Warwick, Kenilworth and right across the surrounding villages, alongside so many of our wonderful regulars.
There was such a lovely atmosphere throughout the weekend — great beer, great food, plenty of Bavarian spirit and, most importantly, people coming together and enjoying themselves.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make our Oktoberfest celebration such a success. We absolutely loved it — and judging by the empty steins and plates, you did too!
