This Remembrance Sunday, we invite you to join us at The Great Western as we come together to remember, reflect and give thanks.
Please arrive from 10:30am to gather with us over a coffee and a chat.
At around 10:50am, we will make our way outside to the front of the pub, beneath the blue plaques that commemorate those connected to this very building, before joining together in a respectful two-minute silence at 11:00am.
Afterwards, you are warmly invited to stay with us for coffee, conversation and a little time together.
A simple morning of remembrance, gratitude and community — honouring those who served, those who sacrificed, and those whose stories remain part of the history of The Great Western.
