Food on offer throughout the day will include:
🥩 Heritage Aubrey Allen rump cap steaks — cooked medium rare over fire, sliced thick and finished with fresh chimichurri
🌭 Boerewors-style hotdogs using beautiful Cotswold sausages
🍔 Aubrey Allen beef patty burgers fresh from the grill
🥗 Crisp Caesar wedges served throughout the day
🍕 Fresh-fired pizzas from the ovens all day long including:
• Margherita
• Hawaiian
• Pepperoni and meat options
• Veggie options
The Little Western full outside bar will be operating all day long 🍻
We’ll also be joined by Braai Lad UK with live demonstrations, BBQ inspiration, Q&A sessions and plenty of fire-cooking theatre throughout the afternoon.
