It’s the original heart of our beautiful building, where we’ve worked hard to retain the warmth, charm and history while creating a space that feels relaxed, comfortable and welcoming.

Our much-loved G-scale railway is part of what makes The Great Western, well… The Great Western.
So find yourself a cosy corner, pull up a chair, order a coffee, something delicious from the kitchen or a drink from the bar… and watch the little train make its way around above you.
It never seems to matter whether you’re five or eighty-five — when the train comes around, everyone looks up. 🚂❤️
