Tonight we shine the spotlight on two incredibly hardworking gentlemen from the heart of our kitchen team — One of our wonderful Chefs Cornell and one of our brilliant kitchen team members Joe.
These two are true backbone heroes, creating, organising, constructing and producing the magic behind the scenes that keeps everything running seamlessly. The cogs of our kitchen turn smoothly because of them — like a perfectly oiled steam train powering full steam ahead. 🚂
We are so grateful for your dedication, your teamwork, and the pride you bring to every service. Thank you both for everything you do — we couldn’t do it without you. 💚
