What a day we have lined up for you! Here’s Shane to tell you all about it…
Our doors swing open at 11am, so why not start your Saturday with freshly brewed Combustion Coffee and homemade cake? A wonderfully British way to ease into the weekend.
From 12 noon, our full lunch menu and bar snacks will be available. With glorious sunshine on the forecast, there’s no better place to enjoy lunch than out on the patio or the lawns, soaking up the atmosphere as the scooters arrive.
At around 12:30pm, we’re expecting an incredible convoy of around 60–80 classic Lambrettas and Vespas to roll into The Great Western. It’s always an amazing sight as these beautifully restored scooters arrive together. They’ll be with us for around an hour and a half, so come along, admire these vintage icons, chat with their proud owners and soak up the atmosphere.
Once the scooters head off, we’ll do a quick reset before firing up the barbecue and pizza ovens, ready for a fantastic evening of live music from the brilliant Folly Bros.
Find your perfect spot in The Little Western, on the lawns or out on the patio. You’re more than welcome to bring your own camping chairs or picnic blankets. Parking, please follow the signs to our overflow car park.
The weather is looking glorious, the atmosphere promises to be fantastic, and we can’t wait to welcome you.
